KANOM PUNG NAH MOO:
Deep-fried marinated pork on piece of toast served with sweet dipping sauce.
Golden parcels of minced pork and vegetables wrapped in wanton wrappers steamed or deep-fried until crispy, served with plum sauce.
Thin strip of chicken marinated in spaces, put onto sticks and grilled on charcoal, served with lightly spiced peanuts and pickled vegetables.

Stir-fried noodles with eggs, bean sprouts, ground peanuts and prawns or chicken.

MOO PAD KING:
Stir-fried pork with ginger served with steamed Jasmine rice.
PAD KRAPAO BAAMUK:
Stir-fried squid cooked in oyster sauce with basil served with steamed Jasmine rice.
GUNG PAD PAK:
Stir-fried prawns cooked in oyster sauce with green beans, baby sweet corn and asparagus served with steamed Jasmine rice.
GAENG KEOWAN (GUNG):
Thai green curry with prawns, bamboo shoots, peas, cooked in coconut milk, flavoured with basil and lime leaves served with steamed Jasmine rice.
GAENG DAENG (GAI):
Thai red curry with pieces of chicken made with coconut and bamboo shoots, peppers and lime leaves served with steamed Jasmine rice.
GAENG PENANG (MOO):
A rich aromatic curry with pork made with coconut cream, peanuts, flavoured with lime leaves served with steamed Jasmine rice.
GAENG MASSAMAN (NUA):
A rich coconut curry with beef made with peanuts, potatoes, spices served with steamed jasmine rice.
THAI CURRIES CAN BE WITH EITHER PORK, BEEF, CHICKEN OR PRAWN
A salad of shredded carrots, long beans, with tomatoes, chillies, palm sugar and lime juice (usually eaten with sticky rice).
